All orders are processed and shipped promptly via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Handling time is same day to next day M-F. Transit time ranges from 1 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.
We provide Tracking Information that is emailed at time of shipment.
You will receive two auto generated emails when you place your order, our welcome email, and your order acknowledgement that has all the details of your order.
If you do not receive our initial communications please adjust your email settings so we can update you with tracking and order status.
Your order status including tracking information can be viewed at any time by Signing In to your Zee Coffee account.
In the event of a shipping error or a product defect, we will provide a return shipping label. If the product is still available, you will have the option of a replacement or a full refund.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return product within 10 days of the purchase date.
Return shipping will be at your own expense.
Return items must be unused, in the original condition, and in their unopened packaging.
These items will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and no refund on the original shipping costs.
All refunds will be made with in 1 business day after we receive your returned product.
